Abhilasha is a design awareness program for school children, organized every year under the Design Innovation Centre (DIC), Department of Design, IIT Guwahati led by Prof. Pratul Kalita, HOD of Design Department, IITG with the guidance of Dr. Soumen Das, an alumnus of IIT Guwahati. The program serves as a platform to introduce children to the dynamic and engaging world of design through interactive, hands-on experiences. By conducting this event outside the IIT campus in collaboration with the District Commissioner’s Office, we aim to reach a broader and more diverse group of young learners.​
